Client is charged on per drink consumption. Bartenders will accurately record all dispensing for final accounting.
NO-HOST CASH
Guests are charged on a cash basis. Client is not responsible for payment of bar.
CLIENT PROVIDED
If the facility permits, you may elect to provide the alcohol for your event.
However, the nature of liquor liability insurance precludes us handling alcohol brought in by an outside source.
While we will gladly arrange for the bar table, linen and glassware, any needs directly related to the alcohol service such as ice, garnishes and licensed bartenders must be taken care of by you, the client
Gina's Catering, L.L.C. supports responsible drinking.
We reserve the right to request the I.D. of any guest who may appear under 26 years of age.
It is required by law that we refuse service to anyone without proper I.D. or anyone who appears visibly intoxicated.
All beverages will be dispensed by OLCC licensed bartenders
